A First Fix is the first task I take off your plate: built, tested and supported, for one fixed price.

Step by step

A free 20-minute call, the Time Audit.Where your time goes, and the one task worth handing off. Within two business days you get a short email with the task, what a First Fix would do, whether anything could stop it, the price and the next step.
The agreement, then a feasibility check of up to 5 business days.I confirm access, connections and any contract or legal barrier that would stop the fix. If I find in the first week that it can’t be built, you get your deposit back.
The build.Most First Fixes are running within 3 to 4 weeks of the agreement, followed by a 14-day test. You see how it works, where it touches your customers and your data, what could go wrong and how each one is handled, before anything runs.
The 14-day test.Checks you run yourself, written down before the build. If a check fails, I fix it and hand it back, up to 3 rounds of fixes or 45 days. I keep working on it until it does what we wrote down, or you get your money back.
30 days of support.During the 30 days of support, I reply within one business day. Anything that stops it doing what we wrote down gets fixed at no charge.
Yours.After the 30 days, the fix is yours and keeps running. If you want me to keep an eye on it and take on the next task, there’s an optional monthly plan. If not, we stop there. No lock-in.

You own the fix once it’s paid for.
Outside accounts it uses are in your name and paid by you, so nothing breaks if we part ways.
It touches only the information the fix needs, kept in your own accounts where possible.
Your information is never used to train AI.
